Meet Dr. Raelynn
With over two decades of experience in college and career counseling, human development, and higher education, Dr. Raelynn is a dedicated expert in supporting individuals through their academic and professional journeys. She specializes in college exploration and readiness, individualized and group career advising, and career transition services that empower students and professionals alike.
Dr. Raelynn has designed and implemented a wide range of programs aimed at enhancing college student engagement, fostering personal and career identity development, and building career readiness. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by inclusive advising strategies that promote equitable access to opportunity and long-term success.
Dr. Raelynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Utah and both a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. A passionate advocate for authenticity in the career journey, Dr. Raelynn remains committed to normalizing the messiness of the career development process and helping individuals navigate it with confidence and clarity.
